How It Works

Three blocks to glory. Pick your loot, pay, and run one command in-game.

01 Pick Your Loot Browse ranks, kits, crate keys, cosmetics and boosters. Filter by category or price. Every product page lists exactly what you get — including crate odds.

02 Checkout Securely Enter your Minecraft username, pay by card or PayPal over an encrypted connection, and you're done. We never see your card details.

03 Join and Claim Hop on play.pickaxeminecraft.net and run /claim. Your loot is already waiting. Usually it lands before you finish typing.

Claiming your purchase

Everything you buy is pushed to the server automatically the moment your payment clears. There is no code to redeem and no ticket to open. You just have to be on the server to pick it up.

1. Join the server

Open Minecraft: Java Edition, add a server, and paste the address below.

2. Run the claim command

Once you're in the world, type this in chat:

# in-game chat

/claim

3. That's it

Ranks apply instantly. Kits and crate keys land in your inventory — make sure you have a free slot or two. Boosters activate server-wide the moment they're claimed, so everyone online benefits.

If something goes wrong

Nine times out of ten it's a username typo. Check that the Minecraft username on your order matches your in-game name exactly — it's case-sensitive. If it's correct and the item still hasn't landed, open a ticket on our Discord with your order number and we'll fix it manually.

Change it in your account, then contact support with your order number. We can re-issue the delivery to the corrected name — we just need you to ask.

Kits and keys need free slots. Clear some space and run /claim again — nothing is lost, it stays queued for you.

PickaxeMinecraft runs on Java Edition. Bedrock accounts can't currently connect, and purchases here won't apply to one. If you bought by mistake, contact support and we'll refund you.
